Heading up the marketing team for specialty cookie start-up Miss Lilly’s, we oversaw all branding, marketing communications and several operational functions. Working with its founder, we created customer and trade media outreach programs to tout the company’s partnership with Meals on Wheels and its philanthropic mission: a portion of all proceeds benefits elders and their pets.
We directed web site content and design, and identified the need to revamp the site’s e-commerce functionality. We managed packaging design, photography, social media content and advertising, collateral materials, investor communication, and in-store events with retail partners including Whole Foods and Saks Fifth Avenue. During our time with the company, Miss Lilly’s expanded distribution from mid-City Los Angeles throughout California, Arizona and Nevada, and added a line of all-natural pet treats.
