On the eve of its 75th anniversary and on the brink of shuttering, the beloved Larchmont Village bookstore Chevalier’s was purchased, remodeled and restored by two passionate, book-loving neighbors. The new owners were determined to breathe new life into this oldest independent bookstore in Los Angeles and get the right book in everyone’s hands. We worked with their team to generate awareness of the changeover, establish partnerships with community media and businesses, and help generate revenue as the winter holidays approached.
